Your body is not broken.
You are not damaged goods.
And your voice has not be stolen.
You've done:
-
talk based therapies (for years)
-
EMDR
-
healing circles
-
life group at your religious institution
-
joined several private Facebook groups for survivors
-
downloaded the free ebooks and mediations
-
follow the sexual liberation and feminine embodiment influencers on social media
And still...
1. You've have been in therapy for years and feel that something else is missing within you that talk therapy isn't addressing
2. The thought of even looking at your naked body brings you pause let alone touching it. And you want to begin having a healthier relationship with your whole body from how you speak to it, to how you touch it however don't even know where to start.
3. You want to create a sexual relationship with yourself rooted in your knowing of your body in order to share yourself more mindfully with your partner.
It's not your fault your body was left out of the healing plan.
Traditionally we are encouraged to heal our minds but rarely given support for the physical parts of us that were directly impacted and we desperately desire connecting with.
Imagine...
-
being able to touch your breast lovingly
-
look at your vulva with curiosity
-
melting into your partner when they embrace you from behind without jumping
-
saying during sex, "Slow down."
-
"I need a minute"
-
"Can we try...?"
-
"Can you just hold me?"
-
"No." or "Stop."
-
reducing sexual resentment towards yourself and partner
-
feeling able to articulate your sensations, needs, and desires with confidence in and out of the bedroom
That is why I created the program below
after realizing my body needed recovery after childhood sexual abuse, just like yours, the Somatic Sexual Voice Integration System was born. With it I developed the skills to feel confident, whole, alive, lovable and safe in my body again and you can too.
You are not alone, I get it, girl, and in this season of healing you need something different.
You need an approach that includes:
Your Full Voice.
Your Own Touch.
And Your Whole Body.
Body of Words: Somatic Sexual Voice Integration Program
A somatic skill and capacity building program for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse rooted in creative expression, neuroscience, and sexual somatics to increase their sex lives, reduce sexual resentment, and improve overall well being.
Sensual Writing
Reconnecting With Your Whole Body
Sensual Writing is the body based practice that we will do each week we meet. This is what anchors the program and supports you in building the skill of internal listening. It involves movement, mediation, touch of the whole body, breath-work, writing and oration. Through this process we deepen, and often mend the connections with our body and our voice which often feels lost, shrunken, or non-existent when it comes to our sexual and everyday lives
Intimate Rootwork
Your Personalized Sexual Wellness Plan
Intimate Rootwork are the goals and objectives that brought you to coaching, along with the actionable steps and education for you to integrate what we practice in session into your everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need writing or performance experience to work with you?
No, not at all. Having an arts and sexual somatic based program are purposeful approaches to support you in reconnecting to your body and making more informed decisions as it relates to your sexual well being. All you need is an open heart, an open mind and willingness to do something different.
How long is the 1:1 program and what to expect?
The Body of Words Program is a 6 month coaching program in which we will work towards your particular sexual healing goals using a body and expressive arts based approach. So each person will have varied results due to their experience and effort, however, the program has 3 overall objectives as well.
By the time it ends you will have:
1. An understanding of how you uniquely listen to your body, how to improve that listening mechanism and communicate the process to others.
2. An overall holistic understanding of the longterm effects of childhood sexual abuse, especially its unique impact on your relationship to the body, sex, and pleasure.
3. At least 11 pieces of written work that you can reflect, reference, build on and, share with others if you choose.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching can be therapeutic but we do not focus on the past and how it's impacting your mental health, and we don't diagnose, just a couple of things that therapy does.
I am not a licensed mental health professional. I am a certified coach, author, performer and pull from my own experiences as a survivor plus the trainings and research Ive done and continue to do.
In a coaching experience, we address where you are today as it relates to your sexual life and well being and where you want to be. Based on this future focused orientation we create a plan that supports you getting from point A to B. Coaching is actionable, future orientated and has a higher touch point because you have a level of access to me during the 6 months for support that is not typical in therapy.
The Body of Words Program is therapeutic by having an art and sexual somatic based practice embedded in its fabric through the Sensual Writing Practice.
